Position Purpose
Manage projects with multiple departments and develop proposals for platforms integration and/or developement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields: Information Technology, Data Science, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Related disciplines
Skills and Competencies
Experience with Python, SQL, Excel, MATLAB, and similar tools for database and data management solutions.
Knowledge of software development and relational database design.
Experience in data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Knowledge of system integrations, process automation, and digital platforms.
Ability to develop and apply algorithms to large datasets to identify patterns and generate solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
Responsabilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end applications for Katcon.
Lead digital resource planning and implementation efforts for innovation and digitalization projects.
Act as a technical consultant for inventors and internal stakeholders in their digital transformation initiatives.
Develop, maintain, and optimize databases and data management systems.
Reorganize and structure data into accessible and actionable formats.
Assist with software architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment activities.
Attend and actively contribute to development, innovation, and project meetings.
