Position Purpose
Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management Systems, guaranteeing compliance with applicable standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations, while promoting a culture of quality and sustainability throughout the organization.
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience in Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
Advanced English proficiency (required).
Experience conducting internal audits and supporting external audits.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA standards (required).
Responsabilities
Support the preparation and execution of certification audits.
Monitor environmental objectives, targets, and programs.
Deliver training related to management systems.
Manage corrective and preventive actions, as well as continuous improvement projects.
Develop and analyze quality and environmental performance indicators.
Coordinate internal audits and follow up on audit findings.
Maintain and update Management System documentation.
