Position Purpose
Ensure the operational continuity of production equipment, plant utilities, and infrastructure through the execution and follow-up of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. This role is responsible for maintaining equipment availability, reliability, and safety while supporting supplier management, budget control, and maintenance projects.
Requirements
Technical degree completed or incomplete Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in maintenance.
Availability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment.
Skills and Competencies
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Knowledge:Plumbing systems.
Civil construction and facility maintenance.
HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning).
Electrical systems.
Roofing and painting systems.
Microsoft Office.
Intermediate AutoCAD.
Languages: Intermediate conversational English.
Responsabilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
Provide support for industrial machinery, including presses and material-handling robots.
Monitor and ensure the proper operation of utility equipment such as air compressors, chillers, and electrical systems.
Participate in building and facility maintenance activities.
Prepare technical reports and performance presentations.
Review budgets, quotations, and supplier proposals.
Conduct technical validations and comparative analysis of supplier quotations.
Coordinate and follow up on annual maintenance programs.
Identify improvement opportunities to optimize equipment availability and reliability.
