Position Purpose
Lead and supervise the welding team, ensuring compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards, while promoting the technical development of the personnel under their supervision.
Requirements
Technical degree or incomplete engineering studies.
5 years of experience in TIG and MIG welding processes.
Experience leading teams in manufacturing environments.
Experience monitoring and managing operational KPIs.
Skills and Competencies
Ability to train, coach, and develop personnel.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of welding application evaluation and rework analysis.
Responsabilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the welding team.
Monitor the performance of assigned personnel.
Monitor and ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs).
Evaluate welding applications and processes.
Identify the root causes of rework and implement corrective actions.
Train and develop the team’s technical skills.
