Position Purpose
Develop and strengthen employees’ technical competencies through both theoretical and hands-on training in MIG and TIG welding processes, ensuring compliance with the organization's quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Requirements
Technical degree, technical high school diploma, incomplete university studies, or equivalent experience in welding processes.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools for training records and follow-up.
Skills and Competencies
Solid experience in MIG and TIG welding.
Previous experience as an Instructor, Trainer, Training Specialist, or Training Leader in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of safety standards applicable to welding processes.
Ability to transfer knowledge and develop technical talent.
Responsabilities
Deliver theoretical and hands-on training in MIG and TIG welding processes.
Evaluate the technical skills of new hires and current employees.
Develop and update training materials and work procedures.
Monitor participants’ progress and document results.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards during practical training.
Identify training needs and propose technical development plans.
