Position Purpose
Responsible for the quotation, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes for new projects, ensuring cost-effective, capacity-driven, and technologically advanced solutions. Full-time focus on project execution, implementation, and the achievement of cost and timeline objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in manufacturing / NPI / processes (automotive industry preferred).
Experience in production process costing and quotation.
Knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, line balancing, and layout design.
Advanced English proficiency (required).

Responsabilities
Lead the implementation of processes from prototype to production (NPI / SOP).
Develop and quote production lines for new projects.
Quote tooling, machinery, and resources (operators, space, layout).
Participate in the purchasing and implementation of equipment and processes.
Develop new technologies and process improvements, with a focus on heat shields.
Prepare process documentation (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plans, work instructions).
Conduct continuous analysis to optimize cost, efficiency, and capacity.
Identify technical alternatives and improve the process state of the art
