Position Purpose
Responsible for managing key talent management processes, labor relations, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety, while ensuring adherence to current legislation and employee well-being.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR generalist and/or coordination roles.
Experience managing union relationships (preferred).
Skills and Competencies
Knowledge of labor legislation and STPS regulations.
Experience in EHS within an industrial environment (preferred).
Intermediate English proficiency.
Responsabilities
Oversee all Human Resources functions and processes.
Manage union relations and administration.
Supervise the payroll process.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with STPS requirements (HR and EHS).
Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
Lead recruitment and selection processes for administrative and operational personnel.
Develop strategies to strengthen organizational culture and workplace safety culture.
